- How do I order?
- Order online any time, or call the shop on (02) 9550 3100 and we'll sort it over the phone. For weddings and events, send us an enquiry and we'll quote it.
- Do you deliver same-day?
- Yes. Order before the same-day cutoff (1pm on weekdays, 11am on weekends) and we'll get it out that day across the Inner West and most of Sydney. After cutoff, call us and we'll see what's possible.
- Where do you deliver?
- Everywhere in Sydney. Same-day in the Inner West and the inner suburbs, and further out (Avalon Beach, Springwood, Campbelltown and beyond) priced by distance. If it has an address, we can get it there.
- How much does delivery cost?
- It's worked out by distance at checkout once you enter the address. Closer suburbs cost less, further out costs a bit more, and weekends have a small uplift.
- What do the bouquet sizes mean?
- Most bouquets come in six sizes: token, gesture, juicy, delicious, wow and pow wow. token is a sweet posy-sized bunch, gesture steps it up, juicy is a full generous bouquet (our most popular), delicious brings real impact, wow turns heads, and pow wow is the biggest thing we make. Same flowers, same care at every size, just more of everything as you go up. Market Specials are sized their own way: standard, double, triple or quadruple bunches of the same market-fresh flowers.

- Can I choose exactly which flowers?
- For our designer's-choice bunches we pick the best stems at the market that morning, so they're always fresh and a little different. Tell us a colour, a vibe, or anything to avoid, and we'll run with it.
- What if my flowers aren't right?
- Tell us. Real people make your flowers, and if something isn't right we'd rather hear about it and fix it the same day.
- Can I pick up in-store?
- Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and collect from 282 King Street, Newtown during opening hours.
- Do you send a card message?
- Add your message at checkout and we'll handwrite it and tuck it in with the flowers.
- Do you do weddings and events?
- We do. Bouquets, buttonholes, arbours, installs and weekly corporate flowers across Sydney. Have a look at Weddings & Events and send us an enquiry.
- How do I look after them?
- Trim the stems on an angle, change the water every couple of days, and keep them out of direct sun and away from the fruit bowl. They'll go the distance.
