1. Once you send through a request (email us: info@theflowerroom.com.au), our florist will contact you to discuss your needs such as size, favourite colours, any specific styles, best days for delivery and all the other details
2. We will create a seasonal arrangement for your space, deliver the arrangement to your address and pick up previous vase
